Hi,
Been on citalopram just over 3 weeks for anxiety and intrusive thoughts due to zopiclone withdrawal. Occasionally take nytol or phenergan if I can't sleep, but found anxiety and thoughts seem lot worse the next day. They are anti histamines just wondering if I should avoid them has anyone else found this?

the answer for me is no.first you have to know that you are having withdrawls and start ups from ssris.plus your withdrawls from zop.once those three things settle than perhaps you can determine if its the antihistamine.x
