Anyone Get Arm Pain?

Hi

I've had various physical symptoms of anxiety over the last two years (brain fog, shortness of breath, chest pains etc etc).

Over the last week or so, I've had throbbing pains on my left side, to my arm and armpit/pectoral area.

Is this just another symptom of anxiety? I'm fed up and embarrassed of going to the doctors just to find that there's nothing wrong and its just another symptom of anxiety.

Thanks

The list of symptoms of anxiety can seem endless. You should never feel embarrassed to go to the Dr. I would suggest asking for some therapy and maybe discuss medication. Left untreated it will only get worse. There is a great amount of support and advice on here from people who know how you feel and have no judgement of you

Thank you both, I am going to ring the doctor tomorrow but I have already undergone a lot of tests and am pretty sure I'll be wasting their time - again.

Every time I feel like I've started to understand my physical symptoms of anxiety, my body starts doing something else strange and alarming, which triggers more anxiety....

At the moment you need to calm that anxiety down to baseline to feel relief, wether you need an antidepressant to do that so what, dont be afraid of them because you need to get your body under control
