Anyone get this kind of vertigo sensation described and anxiety with it?

Hi

Does anyone get sudden out of no where feeling like your going up and down and it feels like your dropping?  Its happens when i'm sitting, standing or laying.  Today I'm at my desk working and wham it hit hard, and of course it sends my anxiety off the charts. I hate it because first, you don't see it coming, then you don't know how long its going to last.  Do you have anxiety with your vertigo sensations?  My neuro ENT said anxeity comes with MAV because the vertigo system and the anxiety system are so close together in the brain.
