Anyone getting or gotten green light pvp anymore?

seems like aquablation is all we get now. my insurance didnt cover it for me but greenlight will be covered. found a top doctor that does many of these. he will do ejaculatory hood sparing technique but the rate of RE will still be about 3X aquablation. he's done 100 aquablations too but thinks the laser would be better given the shape of my median lobe.

thinks dysuria wont be much from the prostate ablation but from holding back pee initially. anybody on here have thoughts. this doc teaches others on greenlight and uses enucleation selectively to get the result he wants. i have to admit his confidence, high volume (all he does are voiding cases not cancer and does 200+ a year including holep) and clear description of how he would approach my specific case gives me confidence. told me he doesnt see anywhere close to 10% stricture rates with greenlight which ive read about.
