I'm in perimenopause and had reactions to both doses of the Moderna, painful arm and flu-like symptoms for a few days. The second dose was more intense and i had a fever of over 100 for a day. I also had a pretty bad period with heavy bleeding and really bad cramps, as well as severe nausea about a week later both times.

thats not really a reaction, those are side effects listed, my arm was sore straight after etc but 9 days later i got a rash, thats a reaction x

There is a website you can go to to document how the vaccines affect menstruation. You can Google it and see. Many women are having similar issues.

To be honest I was nervous about getting the second jab,
Especially since I was ill that day with stomach cramps (on going for weeks) and nausea etc,
But I did it, mine was at 3pm , and weirdly by 6pm I felt a lot better, almost like I had, had a booster jab,
I felt it got rid of my illness that day,
X

Hi Nina,
I am allergic to several meds, and have some issues with histamine and nerve pain.
I had both Pfizer doses.
after Dose 1 I was fatigued for about 5 days but did not experience any other issues.
After dose 2, about 12 hrs later I had a fever and chills. I went through about 3 up-and-down cycles with that until fever broke for good about 24 hrs after shot.
You can do it, I promise~~

I had Pfizer, 1st jab, and a few days later developed a dry cough. I believe this cough was the next step in my GERD or silent reflux problem as i had been having issues with breathing and hot/sore tongue/burning throat prior to jab. It's hard when coincidences or other issues crop up around the same time - makes you question things, but my doc prescribed PPIs to try for 30 days so we'll see what happens. ND appointment next month so i hope to sort out reflux issues naturally soon. pretty severe right now so a month of PPI use hopefully won't mess up my system (any more than I am messed up!). Good luck with your jab - I absolutely didn't want one either, but I had to pick my "poison", so to speak, and feel like I wouldn't fair well with getting COVID infection. The unpredictability of severity in people is very concerning, as are the variant mutations which will continue to increase the longer we don't have a handle on it. It's a bit of a horror story!

I got Pfizer. Some pain in the arm with first vaccine. But no side effects after the 2nd dose 3 days ago.
Hope this helps.

I got the Moderna vax and have had no issues. i tend to not have any alergies in general. I say get it! You'll be glad you did.
