Anyone had a flare up for having vitamin B12?

Hi all I’ve had RA9 years and it’s been under Control by Humira until recently. I had a baby and then it stopped working and it’s been a year of hell and u certainty - they put me on benepali which had no affect even the steroid injections stopped working but the combo of prednisone and tocizilmbab that got it under control for two months but yesterday like an idiot I had a B12 vitamin tablet and woke up this morning unable to walk as feet and ankles were so stiff I could fully extend arms due to pain and stiffness in elbows I am baffled

Was it the b12 tablet?

Any one had a similar experience?

Oh no. Your body’s upside down enough from having a baby without RA mullarky. I have no idea about the vitamin B 12 but sincerely hope it settles down soon. Congratulations on the arrival of your little one. It must be a struggle at times.  I hope you’re getting lots of offers of help. Carol x

Thank you carol yes I’m very blessed to have all the support from family as this would be impossible to raise a baby during my worst days..

Hi, ive looked up side effects of taking vitamin B12, their can be side effects and allergic reactions, but it doesn't seem to suggest a problem like you describe, I have RA, and I reckon when you have RA anything seems possible, it's a crazy disease and can affect so many different things.
