    HI James

I don't have IBD, but i have Crohns disease.

I've had a couple if times where i've had ulcers and mouthsores, which, although uncommon, sometimes occur with Crohns.

Crohns can affect not only the bowel, but also the Oesophaghus.

Steroids and imuno drugs got rid of it.

Hello James, I have Crohn's and have read that it can cause numerous conditions.

I found this on the web but, it is very important to seek the advice of a Doctor.

Reactive regional lymph node enlargement is a frequent ultrasonographic finding in patients with Crohn's disease. However, the prevalence of this condition and its clinical significance are unknown. ... Enlarged regional lymph nodes were strongly correlated with internal fistulas and intra-abdominal abscesses.
