Anyone had streatorrhea?

Has any one with Crohn’s had Steatorrhea (fat malabsorption)? I’m in s flare currently waiting to get some emergency steroids next week. But my diarrhoea has gone a bit unusual the last 2 days it’s bright yellow, floats and seems a bit foamy? Does it sound like streatorrhea?

    Sounds like bile acid to me, I have that often since surgery.

    It also can causes pain too.

      Thanks for your reply I’ve not heard of that! Do you require extra medication for it? How do they test for it?

      There’s a stool test or some kind of scan, however they based it on my symptoms 

      They gave me stuff to help bind it, however it’s a bit gross so I’ve not taken it really.
