Anyone had the " aquablution " procedure fir enlarged prostate.

I had the Euro Lift procedure done nearly 2yrs ago but unfortunately it was not really successful ,as i still have problems with not being able to empty bladder fully.Ive heard of a procedure known as Aquablution which I believe is a newer alternative and doesn't cause retrograde ejaculation. Anyone had any experience of this procedure in U.K. please.
