Anyone have an ideas?

I had this dry patch of skin on my foreskin for 10 days now and over the course of weeks it has evolved into a small lump under the surface of the skin. It doesn't hurt, itch or ache. I also don't have any general illnesses related to it but i do suffer from Type 1 diabetes. I did have unprotected sex 3 weeks ago.

I went to the clinic today and im getting blood testssee if i have any STI. The nurse themselves wasn't too sure and said it probably a skin condition

any ideas??
