Anyone have any clue what this rash is?

Been having this rash problem for a few weeks now burning itching cracked dry flaky redness and swelling around the head sometimes any help would be much appreciated image

      21 no sex masturbation a few times a week but when i was a teenager i might have masturbated a little to much not sure if that has anything to do with it thanks for the reply

    Then is normal because of your development. Yeah, even at 21 we as males continue to "grow up" or "mature".

    Just be sure to use some oil or lube when masturbating or having intercourse. Do never forget condoms.

    Keep it well hydrated with any moisturising cream for the glans. Not any is good because they can produce irritation.

      any idea if the cracks heal? i use coconut oil and it seems to make the flaking worse but hydrates the skin thanks tor the help

    Try keeping aside coconut oil for a couple of weeks.

    Use water based lube instead when masturbation.

    once or twice a day a moisturising cream with 5% urea if you have it. If not, any can do the job after cleaning with warm water. Some cream with petrolatum vit A and D could hep too

    Just be sure it will not get irritate
