Anyone have back pain when balance is off

Hi

I was wondering does anyone notice mid back pain after moving around a lot when your balance is off. I notice it more after taking a shower cause I'm trying to stay balanced. I also notice it after work when I'm cooking dinner and having a bad balance day. It in the muscles in the mid back around my ribs in the back.

This damn disorder is constantly causing caos. I would be so happy to just feel normal like other people. But I have my doubts that will ever happen

Sometimes. Trying to sleep. Find myself rolling over, then back to make the dizziness stop. Twisting my back to get my head straight ,but still be on my side. Lol

I get the same thing. There have been many times when I get an unbalanced feeling where I get a really bad mid back pain which makes my unbalanced feeling even worse. I am with you, I just want to feel good again

Yes, mine is mid-flank pain. I always thought I was having kidney pain, or another kidney stone forming, but it's not constant, and an MRI showed my kidneys are fine.

Same here. They did a cat scan and a ultra sound. Said kidneys, bladder and pipes was clean

Yes. Doctors say it's normal to experience pain in unexpected places because we walk differently and distribute our weight differently. And we tend to lurch and stagger which can jar the joints and muscles and cause pain.
