Yes I have always had that as,opposed,to spinning. Although i do get symptoms when i tirn my head, look up,or down, and much more. Tbh i am not sure that MDB is any different to any other kind of vertigo now. We all experience our vertigo symptoms differently,but in the end it's,all,down to the Vestibular System

Yes mine's daily,too, but was worse for first,year. Now into my 7th year with it, but i deal with it much better now. My body has 'learned' to I guess, and i take a good few quality supplements, as inget very fatigued it.

You have had this 7 years? Do you work and live a normal life? I hope mine goes away. I've had it for 8 months and I've heard people can get rid of it even after a year. I swear I got mine from over exercising too much and then took the exercising out of my life suddenly.

Have you looked at the Veda website? Vestibular Disorders Assoc. They are a mine of info. I learned a lot,from,them. All,kinds,of,info on the different causes, names etc of dizzy stuff. They also,have a FB page, bit you'
l,get more info from the website and can use FB to network and swap ideas. You'll get some that are useless, but also advice from their admin.
are you in the US or,UK btw? Veda is US based

No never heard of Veda. I'll look it up now. I do have fb and found some support groups on there. I'm in the US, what about you?

If you are in US then def look,it,up. They have all,sorts,of groups that get together in different parts of US. I'm in the UK, bit familiar with parts of US as,lived in LA for some years. Friends in Vegas, Philly and Florida still
