I've been taking it 2x/day instead of PPI for the last week. I feel pretty good but my stomach is gurgling quite a bit and now some light headedness. Anyone have similar issues?

Hi, have taken them for years 150mg twice a day on occasions and do notice a slight dizziness which does reduce if you take the OTC 75 mg ones, I also get a hoarse throat from them. Don't use them for any length of time as feel the PPI works better for me

I have been taking the maximum dose recently on top of my ppis and I have been feeling really strange, really dizzy and nauseas, I thought it was because of my stomach problem but maybe it is a side effect.
They don't work anywhere near as well as ppis so that maybe why your stomach is gurgling though. I take alverine which is an antispasmodic that helps with IBS symptoms, one of which is a rumbling tummy, ask your doctor if you can try that and see if it helps.
