Id say lots of people. It depends what's going on with you. Pretty much only horse tranquilizers seem to work with me though.

No I haven’t tried it. I know someone who does take CBD and it’s helped her with anxiety a lot. She was telling me to go on it. But I’m staying with celexa.

I took ashwagandha for a few days and no improvement. But I read you need to take this for a few weeks to see results. Now I'm taking CBD for pain and anxiety. It helped alot with back and neck pain, not su much with anxiety. But It does help you sleep better and feel slightly relaxed. The one I take has "0" THC.

I use CBD oil for anxiety and ibs, found it works well for me. I was a heavy weed smoker for 10+ years then stopped cold turkey.
now I use the CBD oil tongue drops, before I used the e liquid but found the tongue drops much better. plus theres loads of different ways to take CBD now so worth having a look into it mate

Thanks all. I've had moderate success with Ashwagandha so far. I've been hearing a lot about CBD oils lately so I'm thinking about giving them a try.
