The level of irritation you have has to have a source - if you wore protection during the sexual encounter that would suggest you do not have a sexual related infection.

One possibility is that you have had a reaction to the condom itself, normally this would have cleared away by now. Do you use condoms regularly, and if so was the one you used on this occasion one that you regularly use.

Think clearly, has anything else changed in your daily life that is in contact with your penis? This could be a soap or shower gel or some other form of body wash that you had not previously used ..... ?

Cannot give advice if you do not tell me, or think about EVERYTHING that has been in contact with your penis from the last time your responded to me here ...... ?

Soap, shower gel, any form of cream or lotion or anything else you have applied to your penis ... ?

Have you masturbated, had sex with anyone ? - the irritation has to have a cause - where is it coming from ..... ?

      Hi Wee_Dugie,

Previously i have wear condom for all sexual activity. The past 90 days i didnt have sex with anyone but i did masturbate and clean up with water.

No one have contact with my penis.

I have seen a doctor two days ago as he told me is infection and given me viprolox 500mg for a week and some BCG cream to apply on it. For the past 2 day i still didnt see any improvement. The redness still there on and off. Have you seen this issue before?

Yes, it is one of the most common penile skin issues .....

Sometimes redness can take a number of days / weeks or even months to clear - the basic rule is if it does not need to be in contact with your penis, such as soap, shower gel, skin cream, baby oil or lotion or skin moisturiser then do not place it on your penis.

Wash with water only and make sure it is completely dried afterwards ....
