I had started taking 12.5 mg sertraline about a week ago. On the third day, I noticed that my vision clarity was diminished. I could still see and read okay, but the sharpness was off. My vision returned to normal the next day after I quit my morning dose. I was wondering whether this side effect would go away after a short time, before I resume the medication. Thanks!

That's odd.. I've never heard of this before and I take 50mg of zoloft each night and I started out taking 25mg each night and I never had issues with my vision. You should definitely talk to the pharmacist about this as soon as possible. It might subside after a week or two but just in case I'd run it by the pharmacist and see what they say about it. Hope this was helpful
