Some claimed to be. I myself manage it by using no tears baby shampoo,(about a dimes worth), in my hand, and no more than 1 drop o tea tree oil. Twice a day. Also non presertive eyedrps when my eyes act up. smile

    Hi Carlos,

I manage my blepharitis by applying manuka honey to the base of my lashes twice a day.  The only symptom I have is a little discharge when I wake up in the morning and that is because I wear eye makeup.  Otherwise, no symptoms!  I go into detail in the discussion group entitled, "Using Manuka Honey to cure blepharitis?"  You can check it out if interested.

    Take care, Dawn

My Consultant prescribed Azithromycin eye drops for a month for my posterior blepharitis.  It cleared it up for a while, then I had to have another course.
