hi I have pain all the time some days are worse than others but it is always present there is a site you can go on for different things to buy for help with pain. I got told about it at the pain clinic. I have said before that it might help if you could get into one you could ask your gp about one the people who go could help as there is always one person there with the same kind of pain as you and you can always confer with them. my consultant said if you can have a medication holiday which is take a lesser dose if you can for about 2 days and then go back to your usual dose and it might work better. .I take liquid morphine also morphine patches and pregabaline but I also self medicate. I find anadine liquitab is ok it does not take the pain away it sometimes numbs it but it is better than full blown pain. there is some good pillows out there but they are dear. a friend of mine has just bought one she has cervicle spondolysis she paid £85 (lot of money) but if it works it"s worth it I would say it is trial n error with medication and also see your GP. if he/she is any good they will help you all they can with medication .try getting up slowly and sit on the edge of the bed sit for a while and wriggle your toes that might help oh I have gone on a bit so I will say sorry about for fatigue if you can try and get as much sun as you can .a friend of mine has fibromyalga I will ask how she deals with her fatigue rolleyes
