Anyone know what is covering my vaginal opening?

I might have had these for a long time, no idea.

I was diagnosed with prolapse few years ago after giving a birth.

They don't bother me, no itching, pain or anything.

Looks just very weird.

I'm seeing my GP next week, but little worried now.
