I have been with the same partner for 5 months and before her I haven't had sex for two months prior I got this on my penis shaft a couple of days ago and when I put lotion it goes away but it looks like scars underneath and it itches a little bit anything?

Infection. If it goes away with cream but comes back. You either need to try a stronger cream, or use it more often. Salt is good, but it sometimes causes scarring.

Thanks whoever sees this it went away after like a week or somethiing like that just use a cream forgot which one start with a H but it worked thanks for whoever tried to help
