Anyone knows what this is?

I've had whitehead pimples on my vulva that rage and calm down for a long time now (like years) but lately it's been getting worse. (sometimes there's a few around the anus)

I've had one long term boyfriend who shows no sign of it possibly being an STD like herpes, we've only had oral sex. No intercourse.

Very itchy, very red, extreme burning sensation when itched, they pop and change places on a daily bases. No one pimple stays in the same place for more than 2 days.

I tested negative for any bacteria or fungus.

If they're new pimples then they're very hard and painful to pop, but, if they're older it's very easy to pop or they pop themselves and release the pus.

Symptoms are just itchy openings of the urethra and vagina and the itching of the vulva. No other symptoms. image

    Please ignore that person " pay attention to the color of your underwear and thongs" sounds like he's a creep.

    Those spots look like vulval milial cysts they are harmless but I understand that you don't likely them.

      They can be from what I have read. It just depends on the person honestly. I have never had these just a bartholin cyst.
