Anyone notice pain is worse at home than work?

Hi, does anyone notice that their pain is worse on their days off at home, then when they are at work?

Also, anyone try Essential oils and any luck with them?  Thanks

I have felt more pain while home only because I am not as distracted as I am doing a project or busy. If I stay focused away from my own issues it can be likeemotionally therapy in a way. I feel free from the confines of constant pain. Some what like mindful thinking and becoming better aware of my sourroundings and movements.

I have tried Magnesium oil spray and found it to be helpful but do check with your pharmacist before using it in case it should react with any medication you are taking (it shouldnt't do!)

I agree, the answer is to try and distract yourself, take up a new hobby, I took up sewing, it has helped me a good bit to just not sit and think about pain, mood etc

Thanks everyone..  Distraction, taking up a hobby sounds like a really good idea.  Also reduce the stress.
