Anyone on Sertraline long term? Does it work?

Hi

Been taking Sertraline 50mg for almost 6 months. It has really changed my life for the better, as I was diagnosed with GAD and mild depression and OCD.

I really worry that at some stage I will come off the drug and be back to where I was before and that scares me. I also would be concerned about being on the drug long term, I am sure it will lose effectiveness eventually, and what then, keep going up in dose, but theres a limit to that also?

Would be great to hear how others have managed this drug long term
