Anyone regret getting a THR done

Hi all,

I'm 35 & struggling to get on with things due to osteo damaged hip. but im also very frightened of getting a thr done cause theres no going back once its done. what if i regret getting it done. im so confused and also want to get on with things independently !

    Absolutely no regrets. My life would not have been worth living without the op. As it is, it's brilliant!

    I really sympathise. I felt the same, on the other hand your osteo will not improve sadly. I had my op three and a half weeks ago and I do things and wait for the usual pain and it is not there, it is so wonderful.

    I had mine done 7 weeks ago and cannot believe the difference it has made to my life. One of the best things that has ever happened to me.

    I am 30 years older than you though.
