Anyone seen something like this?

I found a tiny white growth like thing. I got freaked out and started looking at google images. I couldn't find anything that looked quite like it but I did find a home remedy of using apple cider vinegar to get rid of whatever so I soaked a cotton ball and held it there for a while. When I removed it the second picture is what I saw. That freaked me out even more so I kept doing the vinegar for a few days. It left my skin a burnt mess but they are gone. I should have just gone to the doctor but I was on the other side of the country for work and kinda just flipped out over it.
There were never any symptoms of anything...no discharge, no itching, no blisters or sores. Just the white thing and then whatever appeared with the vinegar. I'd read warts appear with vinegar but I also found that vinegar turns all sorts of stuff white.
Anyone ever had something similar? Or has anyone done something impulsive like I did with the vinegar?
I'm using collodial silver now and it's healing. The skin is now very dry and a bit itchy but doesn't look as angry. I've made a giant mess 😕

the skin will heal uv just burnt it basically as for the white growth i dont think it would have been a wart they take some treating usually they have to be burnt away by laser or frozen off

You're absolutely right about making it worse. That second picture is actually mild compared to what happened after days of vinegar.
So you don't think all the white stuff in the second picture are/were itty bitty warts?

Oh good grief....now that you say oil glands I can see that. Man, I really did jump the gun.
Welp, if the little white thing did happen to be a wart then I suppose it's likely to come back since they aren't so easy to get rid of. I think I'll leave the vinegar in the pantry and suck up the embarrassment and go see a doctor next time something like this happens.
Thanks for the info. I appreciate the feedback.

Nope, sure didn't.

And it did.

Like ya said, live and learn...out of all the dumb things I've done over 42 years, that one is the winner. 🙃
