Hi....I was wondering if anyone has had symptoms of low blood sugar while on Zoloft? I was diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia but it's never been this out of control. I'm eating every 2 hours day and night and never feel good. My levels are always in a normal range which is so weird cuz I could be in the 80's-90's and feel low. Idk if it's a side effect of the medicine or something else, which I've had all types of labs on my blood, not diabetic, my thyroid, heart, etc. It's really putting a damper on my life cuz I'm scared to go anywhere and I always feel awful. I'm on 50mg and it's only been 8 days. Doc doesn't think it's the Zoloft but they don't knw what else it could be considering every test and lab is normal. Any input?

Hi, I’ve been on 25 mg and once I felt better I always felt hungry. If I didn’t eat I thought I’m gonna faint ....

Try to eat low carb food more often to keep your sugar level.
