Anyone struggling with heat and muggy weather in uk.

I have had a really horrible month, maybe, a bit longer. My pain is worse everywhere I touch is painful and tender.  I can't cope with the warm weather my body seems to go into some sort of panic mode.  It is making me feel quite ill I walk up the stairs and by the time I get to the top I feel dizzy and clammy.  Do any of you think this could be part of my fibro.  I also have IC, painful bladder syndrome,  which I have been told is part of  my  Fibro. This has flared up big time.

I would be so grateful to hear from anyone who can help me understand what is going on.

Gentle hugs to all those suffering I know how you feel    xxxxx

    Hi Sue,

I know exactly how you feel as I'm struggling too.

Apart from Fibro, I have Arthritis which is always worse when the weather is cold and damp, so I've been really surprised at how much pain I've had this past few weeks and was getting a bit worried so I rang the Rheumy.  She explained it's to do with the  Barometric pressure and on beautiful sunny days, pressure tends to be quite high and can cause more pain, we can feel weaker than usual and nauseous.

Hang on in there, hopefully it will be a bit cooler soon. x

Thank you, Sukes, for replying to my post. I am sorry and I mean this in the nicest way but thank goodness someone else is having the same problems and that your Rheumy was able to answer your question. That certainly helps me I have found since having all these problems that I just don't enjoy the warm weather anymore.  On cooler days I could jump up and down with relieve, if I could, sounds mad doesn't it.

You take care of yourself xxxxx
