Anyone suffer bile duct injury then hepaticojejunostomy? Here’s my story

I'm looking for others who have or are expecting to undergo hepaticojejunostomy. My hepaticojejunostomy was necessary to repair a bile duct injury that happened during a simple gall bladder laproscopic procedure.

BDI is extremely rare - like .2%. Its hard to find forums. I'm happy to answer questions about my BDI and the resulting hepaticojejunostomy (surgery 10/21/2020 - i'm currently in recovery). It would be nice to compare experiences and help others know what to expect/give hope. I want to know what y'all have experienced at different stages post-op and years later.
