Anyone take tibolone plus Estrogel?

Hi, does anyone taking Tibolone also take Estrogel? I've heard people taking this combination to cure aching joints that occur with Tibolone and weight gain. I've never been offered Estrogel with it but was considering asking my gynie to add it. My concerns would be with it messing with my mental health as Tibolone makes me feel great apart from stiffness, aching and weight gain/water retention. Any advice from anyone using this combo would be really appreciated.
