Anyone taking Gabapentin have Incontinence Issues?

I've been taking Gabapentin for over 2yrs for anxiety. Approx 6 months being on this med & increasing it to 3000 ml I started having problems with leakage & waking up in the middle of the night with me & my bed soaked with urine. I did have some urine leakage for many yrs from childbirth. I was 61 whenstarting this medication with great result anxiety is controlled. I asked my psychiatrist if incontinence was a side effect he said no. Long story short I had bladder lift surgery & two months later the incontinence was back full force. I've also had problems with my vision. Can anyone relate to this issue? I fear going off gabapentin & dealing with finding a new anxiety med.
