Hi ampat1 . I did. I am not sure if it worked though. I think I felt better for a while. Not sure if it was the actual herb or just placebo.... I read a lot about ashwagandha and my impression is that in order for it to work you need to megadose, which I didn't as it was quite expensive. Adaptogenic herbs are very idiosyncratic though, so it might work for you. Doesn't hurt trying.
I have tried different herbs and supplements from time to time and I can say that the ONLY one that has really worked for me is vitamin B complex. I take a strong one with higher doses of vitamin B 12 and I have seen real improvement. I spent a few months where I was my old self again. I recently run out and within a week I started feeling bad again. When I restarted the symptoms subsided so I know it s not placebo. Good luck in your journey. I hope you can find what works for you. it s a constant battle of trial and error....

thank you so much for sharing your experience. I am so sick of these anxiety and palpitations so want to try herbs and natural ingredients before I try any medications. I have been a mess since last year. Please let me know which B complex are you taking? Thanks again:)

Hi Sunaina. I was taking it in the morning. 2x800mg pills with food. Apparently there are no set dietary guidelines for it bit I did my research online and chose that regiment.

hi Ampat - yes, i actually take it when needed in a dietary supplement called CATECHOLA CALM - it has other ingredients as well, but it does calm me down - i dont suffer a hangover from it either - Christine Northrup (menopause guru dr) highly recommends it for anxiety -

Apparently it s ok to post brands as I ve seen people on other posts doing it... I ve beem taking the B#12 complex by Thorne Research. They also have a stress version but as my vitamin B12 is very low I chose that combo. It s the best brand I ve tried so far and have read very good reviews anout them too.
