Anyone tried meditation/yoga to help with anxiety?

I used to get panic attacks and then had a very peaceful 3 years without but recently I've felt very panicky again which I think is because I have finished my studies and now have nothing occupying my brain.

I am thinking about trying meditation or yoga.. Has anyone gone down this route? Did it help? Any suggestions? smile

    Hi,I have ptsd and panic attacks and I found transcendental meditation and it has really helped,I would recommend this.😊
