ANYONE tried the wiley hormone protocol?

Hi, I'm in peri and debating trying the wiley protocol to help alleviate my horrible symptoms. I know there's not a lot of research proving what is and isn't safe so wondering if anyone's tried it. Thanks!

I've never heard of it. What is it? Anything that can help alleviate these symptoms is at least worth finding out about.

You can google it, but essentially it's this more natural approach to balancing women's hormones (bioidentical) that tries to mimic the natural ebb and flow of hormone levels we have in our youth vs. just giving someone the same dose of progesterone or estrogen every day via HRT. I don't know if it's safe or not but it seems to be helping a lot of women get their lives back. It will mean if you are in menopause that you will have a period again. But I'm in peri and having periods and just looking for sanity and balance.

It's also called cyclical hormone balancing (see my earlier reply).

yes, I.ve been on it for about 7 mos now. it's helped with some things but def not a cure in my case. they say it can take a year or more tho, so idk? if you are really suffering, I'd try it I just to see if it helps.

Lk thanks for the reply! Are you already in menopause? Also what has it helped with so far? And are you worried about the safety of taking hormones if you're past menopause? Thanks!
