Anyone trying MSM for frozen shoulder?

I've been suffering since January. The shocks that bring you to your knees are gone but the nagging pain is almost constant and rom is horrible.

I have not tried it.  We sound about same with pain.  The shocks seem to have gotten better, but the nagging pain is there constantly (as I'm typing this!), and my ROM isn't really any better.  I was hoping since the zinger pain with sudden movment seems better, that maybe I'm slowing improving.  I would be interested in hearing about help with MSM.  I'm willing to try anything.  I don't like having to take prescription meds, but do, because it's the only way I'd get through my work day.

Hi Jules I take MSM 1000 mg faithfully everyday and it's helped tremendously with the nagging pain. Worked right away within a few hours. I've had FZ since sept and just saw a 4th ortho yesterday. Most wanted to do shots and surgery. This one is starting me on Celebrex which helped my mom when she had it. After two weeks on this he wants me to start PT again. I'm super nervous cause I remember the horrible pain of PT but then I wasn't on anything. I think I may be ready for it so we'll see. This doc also recommended fish oil, wish makes sense so I'll be getting some. Good luck.
