Anyone willing to help me out with a school projected related to endo?

Hey everyone!

I am a graduate student, and for my final project, I'm researching endometriosis! Is anybody willing to share information about their journey to diagnosis and how it is affected your life (i.e. socially, emotionally, physically,  etc.)? It is very important to get not only the perspective of gynocologists and primary care doctors, but also YOU, the people suffering with this disease. Currently, I have my own story with endo, but I'm looking for more! If you're willing to help me out, respond or send me a message. Any information will significantly help my project.

Thank you!

The short story is that it's a nightmare for all of us, this journey to diagnosis. Bad as mine was back in the late '70s & early '80s, I see many on here with a worse & longer journey. The thing that ticks me off most is how often a specialist outside of gynecology makes the diagnosis and forces the gyno to do a laparoscopy. That should NEVER happen because ALL gyns should ALWAYS be our champions..
