Hi Mary, while I haven't had that sensation bounce around, OH BOY do I remember the first time I had that burning sensation on my foot. It was very specified, circular, and very weird. Yes, it is a hormone reaction, but darn if I can be specific as to why it happens.
Just plain weird though, isn't it?

I have this unbearable awful burning sensation on my lower back, waistline area which many times radiates down the backside of my butts/hips. Do you experience sth like this?
And if yes, have you noticed if this burning sensation coincides with your eating times during the day? I mean do you feel better or worse after eating? AS you said, I think that this awful burning has digestive root and maybe it is trapped gas and slow digestion, but I am scared a lot when it happens, I cannot bear it really, and I am wondering if it is sth serious illness.
I also have burning skin sensations to other places of my body but they do not last for long.

The problem has subsided a lot now since i start monitoring it to see what brings it on and when. Yes, as i mentioned before i do believe it is a combination of digestion, hormones, stress, and a build up of toxins.
(Stress and build up of toxins affect digestion and hormone) The digestion system does slow down during peri, so i eat in small quantites now. As long as i keep my bowels moving this is what has helped me tremendously. Yes, the food does play a part in it, such as processed food or any kind of preservatives added. I only eat organic , veggies , fruits and drink a hydrogen water loaded with antioxidants. I stay away from anything packaged unless its organic with few ingredients ( that i can pronounce).
I still occasionally get it but nothing like before only if bowels slow down and during ovulation or before period time. I would take something to help release the gas and get bowel moving and get someone to massage those areas especially tbe back to assist the bowels. I hope this helps you like it has helped me.
Are you using progesterone cream?

I have read many women on the forum who said that progesterone exacerbates their symptoms.
According to my internet research, I think that I have many estrogen deficiency symptoms which confirmed on blood test but the doctor said that low estrogen is good on 3 day of the cycle. He is right about that but at the same time my fsh was really high which means I am perimenopausal.
I believe that all my peri symptoms are due to low estradiol levels. Many digestive issues ( gassiness, sometimes bloating, diagnosed with bile reflux, excessive saliva after eating)
I am going to push my doctor to give me sth but I am afraid that he will be hesitant because I am still menstruating every 28 days.
I am trying like you to follow a healthy diet, fruits, vegetables, fish, yogurt, plenty of water but this hormonal chaos seems uncontrollable from all the aspects ( physical, emotional, mental symptoms)
