anyone with MS has experience corneal ulcer at the early stage???

Hello guys!

My name is Vivian and Im 29 from Canada

recently my left eye been twitching non stop 24/7 like doesnt stop for a second.

and last night I just discovered that I have a small white dot inside my eye (the black portion) and I am scared if this is early symotoms of MS.

I recalled the pain of the left eye started in the later afternoon yesterday, I went home after work and removed my contact lens..still hurt. it's like there is foriegn matter comes into my contact with my eye which is very uncomfortable..and before bed when I looked into the mirror I saw this white dot..

P.S I do not have double vision, no blurry (when I have my prescribed eye glasses on), no colour change or tunnel vision or anything

Can anyone tell me if you've expereienced anything like this from MS at first stage? any input will be appreciated...Thank you
