I'd like some real stories to consider what it may or may not do if poss. I'm so fed up of feeling embarrassed about spotty skin. At 44! I didn't have spots as a teen sad

Hi. I've had it for a year and doc gave me a cream at first that was useless. Then 3 months antibiotics. They worked and it went for 3 months. Now it's back worse than before. The new antibiotics were prescribed today but lots of awful sounding side effects sad ps dermilex made mind worse. Expensive mistake!

My story...I always blushed easily but at about age 50 I started getting a beet red face when hot, embarrassed or stressed.  Very embarassing.  Then my face broke out and I looked terrible.  My niece swore that going gluten free literally cured her rosacea.  I tried everything else first, nothing worked and I was desparate so I went gluten free.  I still flush easily but it never gets super red, and I haven't had a break out in over a year.  My skin is back to normal.  I wash my face with a sulfur based, prescription soap once a day (or just use Selsun Blue in the shower as it has sulfur in it).  I put a very light coat of calamine lotion on my face when it is flushed (doesn't happen much anymore).  Back when I used to get super red and my face felt like it was on fire, I would slather on the calamine lotion and it immediately took away the heat and the red...a life saver.  So....was it the gluten?  If it wasn't I don't know what it was, and  it is a small price to pay to be able to hold my head high in public again.  (I also have way more energy than I used to so it's a win-win.)  I hope this helps.  I remember how helpless I felt and it is such a relief to have my face back.  Good luck to you!
