Appendicitis???

Help, please. I had a full hysterectomy July 3. I was fine for about a week after then I started feeling really bloated and painful around the insicion that was just above my belly button. I have been chewing gas x cause I thought it was bloating from the hysterectomy. But now the pain has moved to my lower right hand side of my pelvis. It has left me feeling like I need the poop. And I did but still feel that need. I am in a great deal of pain and can not get comfortable at all. I have been running a low grade temp and have lost my appetite. It is a weekend and can not get into my docs. I do not want and their surgery. :-(  can anyone help? I am so tired of hurting. And tired of hospitals. I am 50 years old and have also had a total knee replacement last December that is still giving me problems.
