Appendicitis?

I woke up at 4AM this morning (roughly 10 hours ago) and all of a sudden started experiencing pain - at McBurney's point. I felt a little nauseous but no fever. The pain kept me up for 2 hours but I fell asleep as it started to feel less severe. Now it's 2PM and I still have this dull aching RLQ pain at McBurney's point. I have passed gas, I've had a bowel movement, I've been up and walking around, etc..... The pain isn't that severe anymore, just dull, and I don't have any other symptoms really, so I feel like it probably isn't appendicitis but I don't know ??? Obviously early diagnosis of appendicitis is important so that's why I'm concerned, plus I'm tired of the pain !!!!

It also radiates around the right side of my abdomen to my lower back

I have been experiencing the same symptoms, and I too am not sure if I’m dealing with a kidney stone appendicitis or a gallbladder stone. i have noticed if i drink apple cider vinegar with baking soda, it helps the pain subside.
