    Hi Kim,

I am struggling with this right now too.

Skipped my last period, just started this one, and my gut is a mess.

Happened the same way 7 weeks ago... skipped period, then had one, and lost my appetite completely for days. Gut was gurgling, gassy, belchy, bloated and miserable.

I know several ladies in here have said the same.

When it happens, I eat tiny meals all day... half a banana, a handful of grapes, a few almonds, a slice of turkey. I don't feel like it, but I have to work and raise a child, so have to give the body some energy to work with. I don't normally drink sodas, but will sip one when my appetite is bad... sometimes it helps.

I hope you can find some relief.

I am, but by forcing myself to eat little bits, I am not losing too fast.

When I first started having issues about 5 years ago. I did lose a lot of weight in a short time. Then I went on HRT, and felt so much better after a few months that I gained it all back!

I am trying to wean slowly off the HRT, and having issues again... I am told the body adjusts eventually. I sure hope so.

I am almost 51. having spotty bleed every 45 to 60 days. I am guessing if I stopped my estrogen patch and progesterone, I would probably not have many more periods.
