Yes ma'am, I sure do. That's been my case and lot since April of 2014 which has led to a weight loss issue for me. Every month or so around that time of the month my eating is very sparse. When my appetite is up then I'm able to eat. Then my weight picks up a little. When I can't eat, then of course it goes down. Up and down like a see-saw.

diet is a huge change! You will find food that you normally ate all of sudden become intolerant for you. I found that eating as "clean " as possible was best and I know this is hard and can also be expensive. But I stayed clear away from going out to eat, fast food and even your basic "chain " restaurants...not that you can't go out and enjoy but I kept it very minimal. Low sugar is key..eating light at night is good too. Protien, Good carbs (low sugar) fiber and fats and B-6 Vitamin helps a lot too-- lately I have been off it a bit and I can really feel the difference! The unfornuate thing is that so much of our food is loaded with hormones and such and it messes with our hormones and just screws it all up!  Good luck and know that it is normal

lisa your so right with what you say about eating clean.  I feel i cant tolerate anything so eat very bland small but often.  I've been having some richer food and chocolate over christmas and i feel so sluggish and bloated.  I'm going back to my boring bland diet from today just to feel a bit better.  I too eat as little sugar as possible but its hard as much is hidden in foods you would't expect it in.  take care lisa x

I have a terrible time with indigestion. Unfortuately, I'm a sugar eater and need to change that. For the last 8 months I have had problems with weight gain, severe indigestion and just feeling sluggish. I really do need to resolve giving up sugar, will be hard but something I have to do. I'm hoping it will bring about a change in how I feel. The holidays are rough obviously with all the goodies but now that they are over, time to get healthy!

Sugar makes symptoms of peri much much worse sad I try and avoid it but when I do have it if it's the week before my period, bam palpitations increase horrendously! I'm suffering terrible indigestion but was told it was my cod liver oil tablets.

I too find lots of things taste different especially cups of tea. I eat hardly any bread anymore as it disagrees. Cabbage and brocolli taste different too. I wonder if it is nature's way of getting us to change our diets as our nutritional needs change. I do now like bananas which I haven't for years.
