Yes I have heard this too..  Last year a women in my water class told me her Dr. told her to drink it in the morning with water and some turmeric in it.  I did for awhile and it faded.   But I need to get back on it because it's great for arthritis.

I try and drink turmeric tea but it tastes like curry in a cup.  Will try the vinegar though!

When I juice I will usually add a splash in there.  I don't know if it helps, but I do it just in case lol.  I do know that it does work on skin stuff though.  I have AK from sun damage and it gets rid of that and small moles,

OMGoodness never thought about small moles!!   Just last week a tiny one popped up on the side of my boob!!   UGH  It's gotta be hormones..   My son sometimes get small bumps (I have no idea) around his toes BUT putting ACV on it every day for a while makes it disappear.  So I will try on my small mole and a skin tag too..  Thanks.

Yes I think the estrogen fuels the cells.  Sometimes I just hold it there for a minute a couple times a day and then a couple of times I taped the cotton ball with some cloth tape and left it for about 20 minutes.

    My lovely ladies!

I start my day with warm water and half of lemon. Turmeric I add everywhere : rice, roast potatoes,  chilli, sprinkle over eggs in Sandwich, just name it. Coconut oil - organic cold pressed. Flax seeds oil with cottage cheese 3 mornings at least. 😂

Still feel rubbish! Latest my bladder and strange feelings down there.

    Good luck!
