Yes, i have done it twice 11 day apart. I did find that i had more mobility. I was also given an herbal regument. I was told that it should take 3 sessions. I just have not made the third. Today it will be 14 days sunce my last session. I have looked into others who have done it, many go weekly or twice a week, but i am not a massage person and it some times hurts when he does the massage part. The acupuncture boas not hurt at all. So woyld i have been better going weekly, who knows. I now i have more mobility now, and i keep stretching

Hi Alison, yes I tried several sessions of accupuncture - sometimes did 2 sessions/week...........had to pay private though - cost me a fortune sad  I felt I did get some relief but it was very short lived sad He actually told me that my prognosis was poor sad If you are lucky enough to get it through NHS go for it - but it wont cure your frozen shoulder I'm afraid...........
