I'm thinking of using a type of product called delay spray. I've looked into different ones out there like Promescent and Steady Freddy (yeah, weird name). They're supposed to desensitize your penis so you can last longer. Do these products generally work with helping treat premature ejaculation? Are these products safe to be using regularly?
