Are more antibiotics required?

Greetings,
I got a kidney infection plus a UTI some 10 days ago. The initial symptoms were high fever(102.4 and rising), severe pain in back and severe nausea. The doctor prescribed antibiotic ofloxacin+cefpodoxime for 7 days. The urine test showed WBCs and epithelial cells in the urine.
With the first dose of antibiotic the fever was gone. I have completed the seven day course of antibiotics but some symptoms remain- irritation in the urethra and exhaustion. Is more treatment required? Will these go away with time?

But yes definitely go back as soon as you can an let them know your symptoms it could get way worse I was out of work for week an in hospital twice. I don't blame you, I have a senstitivity to them myself and pretty much all the families give me some sort of reaction, rash, itching, sore throat and one I got c-diff, so I try to avoid them as much as possible. I am actually fighting a bacteria at the moment and have been for many months, I have tried the antibiotics, but I can only get a couple days in before a reaction starts. I tried very hard to fight it with cranberry, D-mannose, and lots of water, and even though the symptoms come and go it is still there going by last culture.....so I am going to be trying azone treatment as the bacteria I have can not be cleared by cranberry, or d-mannose. I am hoping that I have great success, as I do not want to have to revisit the whole antibiotic situation.
