these symptoms are perfectly normal. I have the exact same ones like the dizziness the headaches which are from stress from the anxiety as well as the chest pains. the dizziness is caused what I think by either hyperventilating or holding your breath during a panic attack. when I have severe panic attacks I have even worst symptoms like heavy sweating and trembling and on a few rare occasions I've either vomited or had a loose bowel movement. so I would say these are definitely just anxiety symptoms and you might want to seek out a different medication and also work on the behavioral stuff

also remember the DS anxiety symptoms can never hurt you. Plenty of people have gone to the ER including myself thinking it was a heart attack. and this is very common four people during a panic attack to think they're having a heart attack because from all the stress you can get pains in your arms and chest and I have a pacemaker do to a heart disease I have so when I I have those pains I think it elevates my panic more than someone who doesn't have heart problems. also the dizziness is a byproduct of the surge of adrenaline during a panic attack but always know your body can only release adrenaline for so long until it stops so the best thing to do is to try to breathe and calm down and just know in time it will pass. You still might have the general anxiety throughout the day as I do but severe panic attacks usually only and can only last 20 minutes or so

Be very careful tracy,my anxiety started off with a stiff neck and within a week or so I had myself convinced I was suffering from ALS. The more I googled my symptoms the worse I got. If you type in your symptoms, google will take you somewhere you won't want to go. I'm fine now,but I was complete mess at one point in my life, and that was down to google (and me).
