Are my nails normal?

hi im wondering if someone could help me!? im 23 and i have bad anxiety. Over the last 2 months ive noticed my nails looking a bit more pink/red. Im not sure if its just appeared or im just now noticing it because if my anxiety! I read that it could he heart problems and now my anxiety is through the roof, please help! I bite my nails as you can see imageimageimage
