Hi Zelda, I would not be worried, it does sound like H...roids, they can be internal &/or external...you can use an ointment like Anusol or something similar, to help the swelling go down, it should help the itch too...keep your bum clean...soak in a shallow bath of warm salt water, then pat dry 1-2 × day...they should be much better in a week or so, be sure not to get constipated or be straining, it makes them worse...aim for 20g fiber/day drink plenty of water...if that doesn't help you can ask your Dr or Pharmacist about a stool softener(even though they are OTC, if you have health issues or take other meds, ask your Dr first...Good Luck💒🎶🌈🍀☮♾🐾
